Oil Painting Approval Before Shipment :

At GFM Painting, we believe every artwork should meet your expectations before it reaches your wall. That’s why we’ve created our Art Approval Process — a transparent and collaborative way for clients to review their painting before it’s shipped.

Whether you’ve ordered a museum-quality reproduction or a custom portrait, your satisfaction is our top priority.

Step 1: Painting Creation

Once your order is confirmed, our professional artists begin work on your chosen piece. Each painting is hand-painted from scratch using premium oils and canvas, capturing every detail and emotion of the original. Depending on the complexity and size, production usually takes between 2–4 weeks.

During this stage, we maintain the same artistic techniques used by the masters — from brushstroke layering to colour matching — to ensure your artwork truly comes to life.

Step 2: Preview and Review

When your painting is complete, our team sends you high-resolution photos of the artwork for your review. This is your opportunity to see the finished result before it leaves our studio.

  • Check the likeness and composition
  • Review colours, tones, and details
  • Confirm any personalisation requests

Your feedback is welcome — we understand that art is personal, and we want you to be fully confident in your purchase.

Step 3: Requesting Adjustments

If you’d like to make any changes, simply reply with your notes. Common examples include:

  • Adjusting background colour
  • Enhancing contrast or brightness
  • Refining facial features in a portrait
  • Fine-tuning brushwork or texture

Our artists will carefully apply the requested changes, then send you updated preview photos for re-approval. There is no additional cost for reasonable revisions, though significant modifications may require a small additional fee confirmed in advance.

Step 4: Final Approval and Dispatch

Once you’re 100% satisfied and have approved the artwork, we’ll prepare it for secure packaging and shipping. Your painting is carefully inspected, varnished, and packed in protective materials before dispatch. We do not ship any artwork without your explicit approval.
