Domestic (UK) Shipping
Processing time: Once your painting is approved and complete (after any client revisions), we typically require 1–3 working days to prepare and pack for dispatch.
Delivery time: Within the UK, most deliveries arrive in 2–5 working days, depending on your location and courier route.
Insurance & signature: All UK shipments are fully insured and require a signature on delivery to protect against loss or damage.
International Shipping & Customs
Processing time: Same as UK shipments—1–3 working days to prepare for dispatch.
Delivery time: Varies by country, typically 7–21 working days depending on customs, distance, and local postal/courier services.
Customs & import duties: International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We label shipments as “Artwork / Hand-Painted” and include required documentation.
Insurance & tracking: All international orders are fully insured and shipped via trackable courier services. You will receive tracking information once dispatched.
Packaging & Handling
We take packaging seriously to protect your investment:
Protective materials: Each painting is wrapped in acid-free paper, bubble wrap, corner protectors, and cushioned within a rigid box or custom crate (for larger works).
Framed options: If you choose framing, we add extra structural support and internal bracing to prevent movement during transit.
Quality inspection: Before packing, we perform one final inspection to detect any flaws or damage.
Handling care: Couriers are instructed to treat artwork as fragile and to keep it upright and secure.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation including tracking number and courier name. You can monitor progress through the courier’s tracking portal. If there’s an unforeseen delay (e.g. customs hold, weather), we’ll proactively notify you and assist until the delivery is resolved.
Shipping Costs
UK: A flat rate applies based on size/weight; free shipping may be applicable for orders above a certain threshold. International: Shipping cost depends on size, weight, destination country, and service level (e.g. express vs economy). The system will calculate at checkout.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, certain factors are beyond control:
Customs delays: Some packages may be held at customs for inspection.
Weather or force majeure: Adverse weather or logistics disruptions may slow transit.
Address errors: Incorrect or incomplete addresses can lead to delivery failure—please double-check your shipping details.

Returns & Damages
If an item arrives damaged or in unacceptable condition, do not accept the package or sign for it without noting visible damage. Contact us immediately. For international returns, follow our Return Policy (refer to our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee). Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless damage was due to our error.
